Observation training course
Introduction :
In this course, participants will focus on the theory and competencies relating to Lesson observation principles, rationales, and the 6-stage cycle of observation. Participants will have the opportunity to practice conducting pre-lesson conferences, designing and using lesson observation templates, mentoring and collaborative teacher support practices as well as feedback sessions on teaching.

(MA) Management in Language Education
Introduction :
This course explores the principles and practices of the academic management role within a language teaching organization. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the key issues of their current or future roles through participatory activities and critical analysis of contemporary thought and theoretical models in the discipline.

(MA) Testing, Evaluation and Assessment
Introduction :
his course is an introduction to key concepts, principles, and practices in language testing and assessment, and in the broader area of the course and program evaluation. The course is designed for education professionals with a general interest in language assessment, and for those with a specific professional role in this area. participants will have extension resources and activities throughout the unit content, as well as individual tutorial opportunities.
